In our centenary year, Northwood Football Club is proud to adopt Mount Vernon Cancer Centre Charity as our chosen charity for 2026, with a particular focus on the Lynda Jackson Centre, based here in Northwood. The charity supports people living with cancer, those 
undergoing treatment, and their families, providing vital care, comfort and wellbeing services alongside clinical treatment at Mount Vernon Cancer Centre. The Lynda Jackson Centre offers a welcoming, non-clinical space where patients and carers can access emotional support, complementary therapies, information and practical help during an incredibly challenging time. Throughout 2026, Northwood FC will be running a programme of matches, community events and fundraising initiatives to raise funds for this exceptional local charity and help 
support the people in our community who rely on its services.
